Thin Blue Line Canada Jersey

I ordered two blue line jerseys, one XS, and one Large on January 9, 2021 and they arrived 0n January 19, the one jersey ordered large, was a medium when delivered, I spoke with sales staff, and they advised they had to check with the manufacturing dept. I sent a photo of the jersey that was sent, which was confirmed as a medium, I was told that a new jersey in the correct size would be sent, to this date it has not arrived. I was advised that the staff were on vacation till February 20, I believe enough time was given and a photo showing the wrong size jersey that a new one could be sent, I love your product but do not believe that the proper attention was given to my request.
