In order to eligible for an exchagne, all items must be unworn with all tags and original packaging.
If items returned are worn and without labels, items will be returned to sender and refund will be rejected.
If customizations are applied to apparel items, refund will become void due to the nature of the item as we cannot resell items with customizations. If there is a sizing issue, please contact us at sales@bicyclebooth.com and we will happily offer a resolution.

I ordered the XXXL Jersey and it fits perfectly! I’m 6’3”, 220lbs, 50 inch chest, 36” waist and 35” sleeve. This XXXL Jersey fit as well as I could have expected.
